Jesus Christ: A Man of Steel and Velvet

What better example for men can there be but Jesus Christ? On this Father's Day 2026, we look at the attributes of Jesus, especially how He was a kind-hearted, compassionate, patient person with the downtrodden common man or woman, but He expressed great passion against those who were oppressing the people, and how He can be an example for us today.

Confrontation with God; The Great "I AM"

Our walk with God begins with Him confronting us with our need for salvation. Once we accept Him as our God through the work of Jesus Christ, He continues to confront us to instill a deeper faith in Him. Today, we look at Exodus 3:1-6, 14, and the life of Moses to glean insight into how God confronts.

Paul's Epilogue

In this message, we bring to a close our study of the Book of Romans. In the last four chapters of Romans, the Apostle Paul largely provided a list of instructions to the believers in Rome on how to have good relationships with others and how to treat all people. Join us as we consider his exhortations.

We continue our study in the Book of Romans in chapter 12, verses 3-9. In this section, the Apostle Paul introduces the concept of spiritual gifts. We discuss the difference between spiritual gifts and talent, where and when they come from, and what they are for.

From Romans 12:1,2 - Having discussed God's justification, mercy, and grace, Paul continues his instruction with the plea that we enter into a complete, sold-out attitude of service and yieldedness to God.

Your Religion is Killing You

We continue our study of the Book of Romans in the Christian New Testament section of the Bible. This is a two-part message based on chapters 9,10, and 11. The 2nd part will be preached on May 17, 2026. Religion is good, it is following the tenets of someone, and in our case, God and Jesus Christ. But the religion is merely the following of the tenets or the works of our faith. We must be sure we do not think our religion is our salvation. Our salvation is by faith alone in Christ alone. Follow as we look at how we can fall into the trap of thinking our religion is sufficient.

Freedom by the Spirit

We continue our series on the Book of Romans this week with chapter. In this chapter, Paul begins to address the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
